Q:What is your return policy?
A:Except for the items advertised "AS IS", there is a one week return policy. This means you have one week from its delivery date to check out the instrument. If it was a mistake on our side, ie not as advertised or damaged in shipping, we will cover shipping both ways. If you simply want to return it, then you pay the shipping to and from.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:The ETA on domestic orders is about 5-10 days from cleared payment. Personal check take about 10 business days to clear. Paypal echeck payments take about 5 business days to clear. We will email with the tracking number when your order ships. The ETA on international orders is about 10-20 days, but can vary due to customs, etc.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:YES! We use primarily USPS global priority, letter, parcel, and Express air. On a few occasions (larger, overlimit, etc), we use UPS or Bax Global.
